We are the social group ‘Caffeination’, led by creative people making decisions with the future of our collective music industries in sight.

Our goal is to support as many independent art workers as we can, utilising multiversal media (Listening, Reading, Watching and Interacting).

Prioritising openess to difference and the will to collective action wherever possible.



Caffeination CIC:


Worldwide, though based primarily in the UK (Birmingham, Bristol, London) We started our record label as a way to distribute music on behalf of our artists and ensure that they keep all their creative rights.  As the ideas and team has grown it has shaped into a genreless, social group led by original people making decisions with our fellow collaborators in mind.

What happened before Caffeination?:

It wasn’t always this way.. ‘Caffe Collective’ was a band before the group transmuted into something altogether more impressive.

Truly going out on a limb and performing with anyone who would have them, here are some of the first appearances of the band that became the label of the future, part of a documentary called Post-Soul Soundtrack:
